I have to report that on the 20th instant at 2.50 p.m. I paraded thirty Indian Sergeants and Constables without stripes or numbers and a Chinaman identified P. C. 67 Omer Bux as having received bribes from him in connection with the Wa Lane gaming house.
P. C. 637 Omer Bux was on duty in close proximity to Wa Lane during the latter part of November 1896.
